In the Philippines, rice isn't just a meal — it's life itself. Nizi Bhandari and the Iva and Shiv Foundation donated 50 sacks of rice to the team and families on the ground, making sure no one goes hungry.
The story
The most basic act of care
Before education comes a full stomach. Across the Philippines, a sack of rice can carry a family through weeks — and for the volunteers and helpers who make every giving drive possible, it's a thank-you they can feel at the dinner table.
So Nizi gave back to the people who give so much: 50 sacks of rice, shared with the team and community in the Philippines. It's a simple gesture with a deep meaning — that those who serve should never be the ones who go without.
